The Website markets property projects developed by KSL Realty Sdn. Bhd. and its related companies, but is not the official website of KSL Realty Sdn. Bhd. or KSL Holdings Berhad and is not operated by the developer.

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") of Malaysia, the data user (data controller) in respect of personal data collected through this Website is GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, and enquiries are handled directly by Joey Koh (REN 77548).
